Distriphil and CareTech Health Formalize Strategic Partnership Through MOA Signing

We’re excited to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between Distriphil and CareTech Health, marking an important step toward innovative and scalable healthcare solutions. This partnership reinforces our shared commitment to advancing accessible and sustainable healthcare services for the Filipino patients.
 
The MOA was formally signed by Michael C. Quijano, Vice President & COO of Distriphil, and Racquel R. Cagurangan, President & CEO of CareTech. The collaboration supports the PhilHealth YAKAP Program by facilitating access of approximately 40 CARETECH-accredited clinics nationwide to seventy-five (75) essential medicines under the PhilHealth YAKAP Package, ensuring timely and reliable supply. CARETECH serves as the referral and coordinating partner, while DISTRIPHIL manages distribution and commercial transactions in line with its standard policies.
